(In the opening, the scene is split into halves. On one side, Mamoru transforms into Tuxedo Mask. On the other, Sailor Moon uses the Holy Grail to transform into Super Sailor Moon.)

(Usagi stands on a lonely street, looking at the sunset)

(Her expression is sad, and a single tear tracks down her cheek)

(An apparition of Mamoru appears before her)

(The vision vanishes as she reaches for him. Another tear falls from her eye.)

(Mamoru comes up behind her. Usagi turns around and faces him.)

(He gently brushes another tear off her face.)

(Usagi wraps her arms around Mamoru and pulls him into a hug.)

(Super Sailor Moon dodges an attack from a monster.)

(A rose flies between the monster and Sailor Moon.)

(Tuxedo Mask jumps out of a tree and faces the monster.)

(Sailor Moon calls out to him, and he turns to face her.)

(The scene freezes as Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask look at each other.)
I'd give my last breath
(He smiles slightly.)
From this moment on
(He turns away and leaps toward the monster.)
I give my hand to you
(Tuxedo Mask extends his hand to Sailor Moon, who is kneeling on the ground.)
With all my heart
(She smiles at him and takes his hand.)
I can't wait to spend my life with you
(Usagi and Mamoru walk through the park, holding hands.)
I can't wait to start
(They stop to stare at the lake. Usagi rests her head on Mamoru's shoulder.)
You and I will never be apart
(He slips his arm around her waist and they watch the sun set over the lake.)
My dream came true
(The scene switches to Usagi, asleep in bed.)
Because of you
(A fuzzy shot inside her dreams show her and Mamoru kissing.)
From this moment
(An unconscious Sailor Moon lies in Tuxedo Mask's arms.)
As long as I live
(The other Inner Senshi are gathered around them.)
I will love you
(Expressions of grief are on all their faces.)
I promise you this
(Tuxedo Mask leans down and kisses Sailor Moon on the lips.)
There is nothing
(He slowly pulls back from her and watches her hopefully.)
I wouldn't give
(Her eyes flutter open and she smiles at him.)
From this moment on
(The other Sailor Senshi crowd closer, laughing and crying.)
(During the musical interlude, Prince Endymion leads Princess Serenity out onto the dance floor. They spin around in a graceful waltz. The waltz ends and they pull close to each other in a hug. The scene turns dark as the lovers are backlit by flames.)
You're the reason
(Prince Endymion stands between Queen Beryl and Princess Serenity.)
I believe in love
(Beryl says something to him and he snaps back, his face angry.)
And you're the answer to my prayers
(She tries to get past him to Serenity. Endymion pulls out his sword and points it at her throat.)
From up above
(Queen Beryl waves her staff and pulls Endymion away in a beam of light.)
All we need is
(Serenity cries out and jumps after him, her hand reaching out.)
Just the two of us
(Their hands join and the scene freezes.)
My dreams came true
(Back to the present. Usagi is sitting on the edge of Mamoru's bed, watching him sleep.)
Because of you
(She lightly lays her hand on his cheek.)
From this moment
(Usagi and Mamoru stand facing each other, their outfits changing from Serenity and Endymion to Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask to Usagi and Mamoru.)
As long as I live
(Mamoru sits on his couch reading a book. Usagi sits beside him, resting her head on his shoulder.)
I will love you
(He puts the book down and kisses the top of her head.)
I promise you this
(She smiles and snuggles closer.)
There is nothing
(Usagi laughs and pulls Mamoru out into a rainstorm.)
I wouldn't give
(She runs through the rain, dragging him along with her.)
From this moment
(They stop under a streetlight. Usagi kisses Mamoru on the cheek.)
I will love you
(Tuxedo Mask carries Sailor Moon to a safe place and gently puts her down.)
As long as I live
(She looks sad, but the looks disappears when he puts an arm around her waist.)
From this moment on
(Tuxedo Mask wraps her in his cape and they kiss. While they're kissing, the background changes to the Moon Kingdom. The scene switches to watercolor and fades to black as the song ends.)
